Instead of having 3 small police groups such as CIA, DPF and this one, why not to unite into a stronger police force that would be more efficient in tracking salaries and countering criminal activities. This idea is currenty in progress. Good luck, you can unite your group with the other ones whenever you want.

I fund police hourly for 1200. And police groups get weekly funding of around 50-100k (+ the activity bonuses such as arrests completed, raids stopped etc) all in all you can get quite a decent salary during the whole week if you're a good cop, which is the main reason some people are trying to be efficient cops again.
