Change the ammo purchasing back to normal

I think everything should be changed back to normal since police do not have a counter raid command and can come back infinite amount of times and buy ammo during rp raid events. Unfair to raiders and Donators who PAID for a PRIVILEGE. All i want is change it back to normal or add a counter raid for police officers so they cannot buy ammo either.
