Make swat enable to buy riot gear

When you look at the armor you know it is for swat/special force operators. Why can chief+ buy riot gear? Chief, Deputy, And Captain is police ranks not special force operators.

I discussed it with mushy and we both agreed that the riot clothes should be restricted to Chief + this is to stop a surplus of them.

not trying to have any attitude noob, but that doesn’t make sense. I hate that police have the ability to purchase clothes from the economy shop, but since it is a thing, the riot gear should be restricted to SWAT. Who cares if there is a surplus, there’s a surplus of alice packs and many other clothes, why is this so different?
