Salesman - Should have ability to buy a vehicle.

It's stupid how EVERY ROLE except the Salesman can buy a car of some sorts. Even if they can only buy like a dirt bike it would be better then nothing. Some players don't like to tpa as fear of crashing and most players won't go out on their way to find you to sell a car.

-1 Mechanics should be the only ones to buy a vehicle. sucks if there isn’t one on ;)
