I see your point, but again a little OP in my opinion, also I really see no purpose to the Bounty thing, it is basically just a warrant for criminals, and the point of a hit or bounty is to kill the person, so it seems a little pointless, The Mafia boss Is pointless if there is no bounty (which I dont think there should be) because its basically a druglord, Road Captain Could work, but there would have to be some serious restrictions or you could really abuse it, so overall -1
