Its a good idea i mean that forces cops to act fast and will make kidnapper not waste 40 mins to wait for a hostage to die

But i dont see it working on 13 on 10 its a good idea but 13 is just too big

I like this better than having to drown people who don't pay. Also, I think the timer should be 10 minutes. Maybe the kidnapper would have to do a command that describes the base where the hostage is being held and how long before the hostage is killed.
