The vermilion berries are actually very good they give you food and water and +5% health without taking you toxicity down so you can't overdose like with morphine a legal drug so i apply this to my clinic i would give me a cheaper way to heal my patients, So amber berries are less dangerous than morphine so morphine cure +5%health and -5% toxicity while amber give +10% health and +5% toxicity, I don't know how prescriptions will work with berries.

I agree, People could easily abuse this rule. And how can we only give out licences for 2 types of berries. And, if a doctor prescribes a medical berry to someone then they can craft a seed and grow his/her own and sell on the streets. As well from my experience you sell these for 50BB-300BB so tell me why not just use /kit health or make dressing?

but saying that...
all mafia groups would turn into Doctors, and farm their berries that way.
