Well, i should higher cooldown mins to 10 or even 20 mins. Or even delete it.
If you add 60 sec cooldown: Next useless role. Uber.
And, tpa at
Close ranges: You can just walk the close ranges, nah why do you wanna tpa at 50 m ranges? xD
Medium ranges: If you tpa, you have big chance to crash. And you can just buy a vechicle and ride to there.
Far ranges: 100% Crash if you tpa. When you can just pay a Uber man like 75 or 100 bamboo. (maybe its many for someone who's starting, but for someone who even got his VIP, you have 80 000, so payning someone 100, is not really a problem.)
And sure Uber Man is not used role like explosive expert. But about that i already maked a topic.
Edit: Now i think, the mechanic role should be useless too. Why do you gonna buy vechicle, if (im not sure about it) every role can buy one? And if someone has many money, you can just let him buy a vechicle and then tpa to him...
