Try to make more meaning to travel over to the military base island. Right now, there's really no point to travel over there.

Maybe remove the part of the map across confederation bridge (the airport and boat dock) as it is not used and add onto alberton more (it’s a bit small)
Adding more to Alberton would make it lag. Alberton is a good size as of right now.

This is prob a biy crazy and maybe impossible but maybe make an cave on the side of a mountain or a underwater cave with an air bubble (last one seems kinda impossibld but i just threw my ideas)

Hi Miku, I think that since the police checkpoint violates server rules it might as well be removed. It is a bunch of extra objects that are unnecessary and probably cause lag. However, I think that it would also be cool if the checkpoint could be operated but without a toll, and it would be for searching and such. This is especially because it goes to an airport and the mayor’s mansion.

The juice bar it not my asset, it's nelsons, I'll try to put a no collision barrier there but otherwise out of luck
The waterfall is loud and can be heard farish away because it is, well, a waterfall. I didn't have issues in my tests with it being to loud though, especially since incoming voice volume can be boosted. If it becomes a big issue it can be quieted.
All of the other small stuff like those trees and the jail fences have also been fixed

The current courthouse is so bad I'd consider it a bug. I've sent you details about a change but I think you were busy with other stuff to read over it.

Also, the land could use some smoothing near the bridge, it's really steep. And I think the roads weren't made using snap transformation so they're all over the place, I'll check it out soon and if you want I can just fix the stuff for you.

I bring to you all today some suggestions for mods for Pandahut #13 (of course :party:). The mod links will be below at the bottom. The mods are for drugs and can be used by a Druglord role. I know many people who dislike how much the nerf damaged the Druglord role. I believe that this mod can be used to increase the pay for the Druglord role. There is one mod that must go with it in order to allow it to be on the server. I will link that mod below after the actual mod suggestion is posted above it. There are all kinds of narcotics and you can grow them so it is great for growing and selling. There are clothes in the mod that must go with the actual mod suggestion. I am not really suggesting that, but some might be cool if you look at them. You will need some items from the mod that goes with the actual mod suggestion to craft the drugs in the mod that I am suggesting. An example would be (from the mod description), "Recent Updates
-Made crafting recipes more complex
(you will now need the lighter from the OGN Items pack to craft the joint)". I have seen and used this mod before. It has sounds and is realistic. I hope you enjoy this mod suggestion as much as I do!
