Wrong IP

On this website it says Pandahut #13's IP is rp2.pandahut.net but when I try to connect to the server it comes up as Pandahut #11 for some reason. So what is Pandahut #13's correct IP and Port?

#13 isn’t here there is only rp10 right now 13 is being built to be modded again.
