Hey, i dont really know or this is a "bug" but yeah. Someone said i could get banned for it so i think its kind of. The thing is, you can just post "/pay name amount of cash (something low, like 0.0001)", after that you can just copy and paste it. The thing is you can just spam someones whole chat with that. Low cooldown or something would help.

That would be spamming/harassment, that's no different then normal chat spam. If someone is doing that to you, just report them in the discord or on the forums.
