Hey jhonny, last time you posted about this issue I replied with:

Thank you for contacting us, at this moment the staff members are very busy with all the work on the servers, some are on break, some are just very busy.

I suggest you to be patient and not to message any of the staff members about no one replying to it, if you continue to do this action it will just worsen the situation.

I will tell an admin to take a look at this but please do not push staff members to reply to ban appeals because they will deal with it as soon as they got some time for it.
