when I try to join 13 it says it is using a map you don't have even though i subscribed to it already

Try verifying your game files!
Steam -> Library- > Right-click unturned > click onProperties- > Local Files -> Verify Integrity of Game File.

You can also try exiting Unturned, unsubscribing from all Unturned workshop content and try joining again.
