This is an issue we've encountered since the last Unturned update, which occurs when any server restarts.
To fix it, you may try re-logging. If that doesn't fix it, try verifying the integrity of your game files.
To verify your game files, make sure Unturned is closed and click on the following link: [url=steam://validate/304930]steam://validate/304930/[/url]
