Unturned Update issues with chat and commands: We are aware!

Hey Pandas,
This is a note to inform you guys that we are aware about the issue with chat and commands due to the latest Unturned update. This problem occurs even on vanilla servers with no plugins installed. We have already emailed Nelson about it. Unfortunately this issue is beyond our control and all servers that have updated Unturned are experiencing the exact same problem.

Roleplay: The Roleplay servers are temporarily down until this issue is fixed, as its playability heavily depends on chat.
