Someone being in a criminal group isn't probably going to make the goals aligned with well, the group they're in.

I mean Mike's going to win anyways, can he just promise that he won't mess up the layout of the laws please. If he does I'll be quite angery. You could make ANYTHING legal, just don't mess up the layout because that took so long to make.
