In the upcoming days, you will be able to vote for the next Mayor of Washington! The ballot will start on the 5th of this month. This is not a voting thread, but a registration thread for those who want to run for Mayor. To all players who wish to apply for Mayor, remember that your application is one of the ways to gain support. You can also try some of the tips listed below.

Why do you want to become this certain rank?: I have been on pandahut for about a month and a half now and I have worked as a charity CEO on 10. My charity work has shown me how badly the community needs funding for stores, houses, and even vehicles. The recent inactivity of the current mayor has prompted me to apply for mayor, especially since I had helped people in the past and had a decent balance I was willing to spend.

How will you be helpful to the community by receiving the Mayor rank?: I will do things other mayors have done such as providing a homeless shelter and public generators. I will also fund the major police group, the WSP and this will encourage more officers to join and bring the criminals of 10 to justice. I will also provide funding/grants to citizens for various projects ranging from shops, to airports, to casinos, to vehicles. I will do something similar to what Supreme Leader wants to do on PEI, some sort of raid insurance as well as a public space where everyone can relax together. I also will be revising and changing a few laws if elected:
The nykorev will be deemed legal as it is no longer an effective raiding weapon (as it is on 13)
Arrestable quantity of unlicensed weapons will be dropped to 3 in an effort to stop criminals from obtaining illegal guns.
Have you been banned from Pandahut before? If yes, why?: Yes, one ban for accidentalkos for 6hrs. This was before I knew the rules.
There are no clear laws on illegal vehicles; and I will put a system into place defining how dangerous a vehicle is, and if you can warrant for it.
Do you know all the rules for the RP server?: Absolutely. Though I am not a police officer on 10, I have read the rules thoroughly since I work with the police department as EMS sometimes.
What will you spend the money that you're being given a mayor for?: I will, of course, much like I did as a CEO, spend money on public generators and also a homeless shelter. From there, I will fund the WSP, the major police group on 10, and provide grants of both money and building supplies to new players or people who need things to start up a business or other group.
How will you help people with the permissions you're given as a mayor?(Builder and constructor permissions):
I will provide building materials, often for free, for those in need who wish to house themselves or construct various buildings/fill in prefabs. I will also buy materials to create a homeless shelter; and build public industrial generators in each major city with multiple in seattle.
Extra info: I was a CEO of a charity company on pandahut 10 that spent at least 75k creating 5 public industrial generators complete with pump jacks. I also have funded the SPD and WSP a couple times. I am dedicated and extremely active on both 13 and 10. I am always open to suggestions and feedback.

Why do you want to become this certain rank?: I would like to expand myself, I've become a distributor selling Sandwiches, and other fresh foods gathered and made in the streets of Seattle! I'd like to expand business to help more players and provide shelter and supplies to those in need of a new place to call home.
How will you be helpful to the community by receiving the Mayor rank?: I will begin by funding a force which I believe can hold the safety of Washington (WSP or WSMR) As a Captain I know what to look for and how to set things up for players, I'm a former Mayor of Washington with a successful last term (Homeless shelters, public lighting and farms, Police checkpoints. I also hope to get the police force to cover MOST if not ALL hours of the day so no one will be defenseless in a criminal dominated state, I hope to achieve a BIG turnaround in the way things are approached.

What will you spend the money that you're being given a mayor for?: Funding a Police force, Building public shelters, farms, and Other resource outlets, Helping other Civilians in need.
How will you help people with the permissions you're given as a mayor?(Builder and constructor permissions): As stated above, I currently run a sandwich shop, I wish to expand on that and make it a shelter, allowing players to chill inside and be provided the proper nutrition day in and day out and prevent any poverty that may appear in Washington.
