The time has come once again!

In the upcoming days, you will be able to vote for the next Mayor of PEI! The ballot will start on the 5th of this month. This is not a voting thread, but a registration thread for those who want to run for Mayor. To all players who wish to apply for Mayor, remember that your application is one of the ways to gain support. You can also try some of the tips listed below.

Be friendly to those in-game
Set up promotional signs
Give out items
All these can gain your support and votes when the ballot is published!

How will you be helpful to the community by receiving the Mayor rank?: If I'm given the mayor rank, I'll be doing alot of building for the community with raid insurance as well as business funding.
Have you been banned from Pandahut before? If yes, why?: Kosx1 new ban 2 years ago as well as 2 fail rp bans in 2k17.
Do you know all the rules for the RP server?: Yes
What will you spend the money that you're being given a mayor for?: I'll be spending the money I'll be given for the fbi (200k funding with more to come during my term), funding for weekly fun events for everyone to participate in, I'll also give people funding for their business as well as raid insurance if they apply for it, I'll also be building a homeless shelter with food, water, beds and special personal rooms for the homeless. I'll also be building a social area with my own balance for people to put their guns down and just relax and talk with other people. There might be some little shops in there too!
How will you help people with the permissions you're given as a mayor?(Builder and constructor permissions): I'll be building whatever I mentioned above as well as taking in suggestions from the public.

How will you be helpful to the community by receiving the Mayor rank?: To make poeple happy on 13 by giving them: CHEAP Transport,funding police and bussinises,events,homeless shelters,free electricity, opening a community cafe/bar, having a community bussines so that poeple come and work for the mayor and get a payment, and mutch more!
