Me and Chromatic have edited these prices because they seem more fair, and would like more people to come to sanctuary. The reason these prices may seem high even if they aren't is because we offer turrets in the main buildings for protection, a group that works together to protect the base, and access to a growing community.

Ya realize that if you build a base, sell it to someone and that base gets raided you can't defend it right? You have to own the door and shit. You can't just make 10 bases for people or claim its your town and just protect it from any and all raids. Also these prices are nuts I can build a 2x2x2 out of metal for the same prices almost

Aside from a select few, such as Mayor Yoshi, I have access to ALL doors. (Sanctuary is not only a town, but a group.)

Also, the prices have been reduced. I apologize for the high prices to begin with.

u need to be a CEO in order to create custom town
plus Its not good to build a town on ph 10 due to raids and robberies and gang wars

It literally looks like a good deal for me as well as for the citizens of PH 10
and prices for metal bases are not bad tbh, some of em charge those metal bases for around 5 - 6 k
so it looks like a black Friday deal for the citizens of ph 10
