A few successful rescues don't mean the FBI is strong. It just happened that it was a 5v2 at that time. You guys can't protect people unless you have the overwhelming majority.

Tomato, it's always been a thing that police can't do jack shit alone, they need numbers upon numbers upon numbers to get anything done. I've constantly made jokes that in the psd, they need to call 3 captains to arrest someone with a ticket warrant lmao.
