Caught dealing drugs: 1500
Kidnapping: 2000
Bandits who kill police in any form of arrest, be it the person being arrested or a bandit 'helping' out, they will get a kill warrant.
4A) Kill Warrant Worth 1000 For 1 Kill, 2000 For 2 etc.

Laws don’t overlook rules. If you police bait because of a law it’s still warnable
