Miku and I have conducted our own internal investigation into election rigging in these polls, and we're happy to say that we found no evidence of cheating nor duplicate votes. With a heart-breaking margin of two votes, we're happy to announce Voxil as the winner of #13's Mayor election. Nicely done!
