i cant see the floor and i keep rubber banding on it

When ever i get on the server the floor, walls, and roof isnt loaded in and i keep rubberbanding on it and no matter how long i wait they dont load in but object load in like selfs lights and the npcs but i cant see the floor, but when i go into the elevator everything works fine, but the lobby is glitched
