if nothing is done, there will literally be no bases besides ones that last for 3 days max unless theres a constant defence team on, and regardless a donator can just buy a tank and obliterate their base regardless, eventually the donators will have to pick and choose which base they raid, allowing newer players a better chance to survive for longer than a day

It's PvP, creating a long term base is impossible. This is a true fact on even vanilla or semi vanilla servers. People raid, just learn how to avoid losing a lot when it happens. In a server where you can buy everything is your true goal to storage everything so people can find it or to sell loot and earn bamboo to buy more stuff which is probably the better way

Overpricing highcal ammo would at the very least entice poorer players to invest their time in acquiring raiding supplies, regardless, neglecting to balance this aspect of PvP will give more reason for newer players to not stay, and donators to quit once they've used up their money and dont wanna keep farming for more, if the only appealing aspect in pvp is the gunfights, they're gonna leave regular pvp and head straight to OPkits or another creative server

I only use explosives during raids. Make explosives dirt cheap.
