Are able to kos if they have a town and only Kos once they give a warning. they can rob also. There town must have atleast 1 shop and over 3 houses to be considered a "Hood" they can sell drugs there kit should include a bandana a colt a butterfly knife. This should be a Added role because it will give Police officers a better job. The police officers sneak in see a drug deal
get a arest. Also It would be fun walking around in a hood.

Thug or Gangster? Why not both A gangster cant sell drugs or Raid
Thug requires Vip+ Can call raids and sell drugs

And i was listening to where da hood at and i got this idea please take this into consideratoin
