Feasts for Hawaii

Hawaii server #20 does not have feasts. I think it should.

This one a most likely a bug.

Hey man,
The Feast plugin doesn't work in Hawaii because of the way the map was made, as the plugin cannot find its town nodes. You'll likely only find this bug on #20 only - feast seems to work fine on all other maps.
